I'm Aoife, an award-winning wedding photographer based in Limerick, photographing weddings throughout Clare, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary, Waterford and across Ireland.

My style is natural, relaxed and documentary-led. I’m much more interested in genuine interaction and beautifully unposed moments than having you spend your day looking down a camera lens. I’ll give you direction when you need it, keep things moving when they need to move, and make sure we get the photographs you’ll love without your wedding day turning into one long photoshoot.

One thing that’s really important to me is getting you back to your reception and your guests. I’ll always push to make the most of our photography time so you can relax, have a drink, spend time with the people you love and actually experience your wedding day. You’ve put far too much into it to miss half of it taking photographs.

 

As for me, I’m happiest outdoors. I’m a beekeeper, I love gardening and nature, and I’m naturally a pretty calm and relaxed person. I think that carries into how I work too. Weddings don’t always run exactly to plan, and that’s okay I’ll quietly keep things moving, adapt when something changes and make sure you know what we’re doing without adding any unnecessary stress.

 

Beautiful photographs matter, but so does actually being there to enjoy the moments I'm capturing.
