I'm a big tea drinker (Barry's, obviously), partial to a creamy pint of Guinness with friends and I love a good aul gig. I've always said I'd love to work behind a bar, purely for the craic and the chats!
I'm a big believer in human connection.
I genuinely love people. I think that's a huge part of why I love photographing weddings so much. The love of meeting new people and for that reason I find people are totally relax around me.

Outside of photography, my biggest loves in life, apart from my wife, are gardening, beekeeping and nature.
Apparently being surrounded by 30,000 bees doesn't faze me either! I'm naturally a very calm person, and I think that's something I bring into my work too. I work fast & efficiently & get you back to your guests & reception, I actually really pride myself on this.
YOUR DAY WITH ME
My approach to wedding photography is simple. I want you to enjoy every minute of your wedding day while I capture all the moments that make it yours. One thing I'm really passionate about is getting you back to your guests. Between family photos, the bridal party, & couple shoot 99% of the time couples will have 45- 60 mins of their reception to enjoy a drink and spend time with the people you've brought together to celebrate. You just need to trust, and listen to me.
I'll blend in with your family and friends while capturing everything as it unfolds. Of course, I'll step in and give you a little direction when it's needed, particularly for your couple and family photographs, but nothing overly staged or awkward. With over 10 years of experience photographing weddings across Ireland, I know when to take charge, when to step back and how to keep everything running smoothly without adding any unnecessary stress to your day.
At the end of it all, I want you to have a beautiful collection of photographs that brings you right back to how your wedding felt, without feeling like you missed half of it getting those photographs.
Beautiful photographs matter, but so does being there to enjoy the moments I'm capturing.
One thing I've always been good at is putting people at ease. I've turned many a tear into a laugh over the years, and sometimes that's exactly what someone needs. Because the truth is, weddings can be overwhelming. Not for everyone, but for some couples, absolutely. You've spent months, sometimes years, planning this one day, and occasionally the smallest thing can feel like the straw that breaks the camel's back. And that's where I think a calm head and a bit of perspective go a long way.
